To create the hibiscus tea, also known as 'Agua de Jamaica,' place two cups of dried hibiscus flower into boiling water for 15 minutes. Let it cool and strain into a clear glass. Place all ingredients into a cocktail mixer with ice and stir for 20 seconds. Place a round of ice into a rocks glass, pour in ingredients and garnish with a candied hibiscus flower and a cinnamon sprig.
