PRODUCT INFORMATION
Where is CASA J available for purchase?
Orders currently fulfill to the continental U.S. only. CASA J ships to the following states:
AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery can take another 3–8 business days depending on your location. All orders containing alcohol require an adult signature and ID check upon delivery.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do I need to be home to receive my package?
Yes! Someone 21 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
Who ships my order?
Orders are fulfilled by our licensed retail partners through AccelPay’s retailer network. Carriers may include GLS and UPS.
Can you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No, we’re unfortunately unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the U.S. only, but please stay tuned for updates!
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return/exchange policy?
Orders containing alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged. If you received an incorrect item, please email orders@casajtequila.com and we’ll support you to settle this issue.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please kindly send a photo of any damaged or incorrect shipment to orders@casajtequila.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be edited once placed. If you need to cancel, email orders@casajtequila.com before the order ships. A cancellation request does not guarantee the order can be canceled.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please kindly email orders@casajtequila.com with a photo of the package. We’ll work to arrange a replacement within 3 business days!
DELIVERY STANDARDS
Delivery Attempts
Carriers will make up to three delivery attempts to the provided address.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package remains undeliverable after three attempts, it will be returned to the retailer.
Recipient Responsibility
If a refund is requested for an undeliverable package, a $25 Undeliverable Package Fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a reshipment is requested, a flat $40 fee will be charged to cover both reshipment and undeliverable fees.
