THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
All CASA J Tequila orders are fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers in the AccelPay network. La Reina Family Spirits Inc., doing business as CASA J, is not a licensed alcohol retailer and does not sell or ship alcoholic beverages directly.
By using this site, you represent and affirm that:

You are at least 21 years old, the legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages in the United States.

You are purchasing CASA J products solely for personal consumption or gifting to another adult aged 21 or older.

The state from which you are ordering and the state of delivery both permit the sale and shipment of distilled spirits.
All deliveries require an adult signature (21+) and valid ID upon receipt.
CASA J and La Reina Family Spirits Inc. rely on your representations regarding age and legal eligibility. If any of these representations are untrue and result in liability, you agree to indemnify and reimburse us for all resulting costs, expenses, damages, and attorney’s fees.
All orders placed through casajtequila.com are subject to acceptance and shipment by licensed retailers. No order is considered accepted until it has been shipped. Retailers may refuse or cancel orders for lawful reasons, including inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, regulatory restrictions, or failed age verification.
If your card is authorized or charged before shipment and the retailer cannot fulfill the order, you will receive a full refund.
By using this site, you acknowledge that resale or commercial use of CASA J products is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
ORDERS FOR DELIVERY IN THE UNITED STATES
If you place an order for delivery to a U.S. address, your order will be fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers in the AccelPay network. Your transaction is processed through those retailers, and AccelPay’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and payment terms apply to your purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders currently fulfill to the continental U.S. only.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days, and delivery takes an additional 3–8 business days depending on location. All orders containing alcohol require an adult signature and ID check upon delivery.
Shipments are fulfilled by our licensed retail partners through AccelPay’s retailer network, which may include carriers such as GLS and UPS.
If your order contains both alcohol and merchandise, these items may ship separately.
DELIVERY STANDARDS
Delivery Attempts
Carriers will make up to three delivery attempts to the provided address.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package remains undeliverable after three attempts, it will be returned to the retailer.
Recipient Responsibility

If a refund is requested, a $25 Undeliverable Package Fee will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a reshipment is requested, a flat $40 fee will be charged to cover both the reshipment and undeliverable fees.
Additional fees may apply depending on order contents.
RETURNS
Orders containing alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged.
MISSING, INCORRECT, OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you received the wrong item in your order, please email orders@casajtequila.com and we’ll make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, send a photo of the package to orders@casajtequila.com, and we’ll coordinate a replacement within 3 business days.
FAILURE TO DELIVER
If you provide an incorrect shipping address or are unable to sign for your order, please contact orders@casajtequila.com.
If your shipment is returned to the sender due to failed delivery, you may receive a refund of the item cost minus applicable shipping fees and a $20 restocking fee.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds are issued only for items that are defective or damaged. To request a refund, email orders@casajtequila.com with photos and a brief description of the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within standard banking timelines.
Exchanges are not accepted.

By purchasing from this site, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that the shipment will be received by an adult aged 21 or older.
CASA J and La Reina Family Spirits Inc. are not liable for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to age-verification failure, regulatory restrictions, or incorrect delivery information.
