Create tomatillo bloody mary mixture:
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves and stems
- 1 pound tomatillos husked, trimmed, and quartered
- 1/2 pint (about 7 ounces) green or grape tomatoes
- 2 small cucumbers roughly chopped
- 2 garlic cloves peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 Serrano chile halved and seeded
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Use blender or food processor to blend ingredients until pourable consistency, adding water if needed. Shake ingredients with ice for 20 seconds. Fill cocktail glass with ice, garnish with slice of tomatillo, pour and enjoy.
